30-day returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

Email support@lassvally.com with your order number and the items you would like to send back. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we refund the original payment method. Banks can take a few business days to show the refund.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
